Job Description :

We are searching for a highly motivated outside Sales Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified candidates to continue a successful sales career in a Business to Business sales environment.

As a ClubPay Sales Consultant, you will devote much of your day to building long-term relationships with business partners to earn introductions to clients in person and by phone. You will also be expected to gain access to new business through traditional marketing efforts including cold calling and canvassing your assigned territory. You will identify your prospect's payroll needs, provide solutions, close the sale and then gather core information to hand off to our Implementation Team.


Reporting to the Managing Director of ClubPay. The Sales Consultants is expected to exceed sales targets on a monthly and annual basis. When presenting to prospective clients and asking for the business, the Sales Consultant is expected to handle objections successfully and have the ability to overcome all potential barriers. The core responsibilities of the position are:

  • Continue growth of the ClubPay products/services to increase market share and profitable sales within the Club industry
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with the assigned territory's customer base.
  • Seek out new business opportunities, and exceed customer expectations
  • Aggressively promote and market the ClubPay brand within assigned territory
  • Accurately track and report to Corporate on sales and opportunities in the pipeline
  • Meet agreed upon target sales levels set with Corporate
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our clients’ needs, industry trends and competition
  • Learn and stay current on the operation of all ClubPay products/services and technologies
  • Coordinate and deliver sales demonstrations
  • Moderate travel required

To be successful, you must possess the skills necessary to carry out creative marketing plans and achieve aggressive sales goals while adhering to all ClubPay programs and policies. You must be able to learn quickly and on-the-job with the ability to utilize resources for additional training/education:
  • A University degree or technical diploma in business and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in Sales
  • You have 3- 5 years’ experience in outside sales experience
  • Proven closer of new and additional products and service sales
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Strong prospecting and needs analysis skills with the ability to effectively present and discuss intangible services and solutions.
  • Experience in consultative sales and knowledge of the human capital management space (payroll, human resources and /or workforce management)

Sales Consultants are paid a Base Salary plus commissions based on monthly sales. Additional benefits include Health, Dental and Supplemental Insurance, 401K, car allowance, and cellphone reimbursement.
