Job Description :

MyMediabox is seeking a high-energy Project Coordinator to assist with the management and tracking of in-house projects associated with new feature “road map” development and customer-initiated custom development projects on our three Mediabox software applications. The position will also be responsible for maintaining reports on various performance metrics across the business as requested and coordinating work and communications between QA, Development and other departments as needed. This is a full-time position located at our office in Blue Ash, Ohio. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and a team player who take pride in delivering high quality results every time they do something.


  • Monitor and assist in the management of in-house and client-initiated custom development projects, while tracking progress towards contractual delivery dates.
  • Liaise with clients to schedule meetings and prepare post-meeting action plans.
  • Assist the implementation team with client website implementations as needed.
  • Provide visibility to active project statuses through accurate and timely completion of reports required by senior management.
  • Maintain client databases (FreshDesk/SmartSheet) to ensure all records for projects in progress are accurate at all times.
  • Assist in the collection, organization and measurement of client website activity metrics focused on assessing client account performance.
  • Assist with other projects and general office tasks as needed.

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Must be comfortable participating in and, when appropriate, to lead discussions with customers in one-on-one and group conference calls.
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and execute priorities within time constraints.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as be an integral part of team collaborations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
