Job Description :

MetricsFirst is seeking an enthusiastic Client Success Manager. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing the customer related data feeds, assisting with QA, general customer correspondence, in addition to being responsible for customer support.


  • Communicate with clients by web meeting, phone and email to coordinate meetings and review solution implementation progress
  • Coordinate internally with team to implement client-driven custom features as documented in Statements of Work
  • Provide real-time visibility on project statuses through accurate and timely completion of internal and customer-facing reports
  • Maintain our support and project management system to ensure all records for projects in progress are accurate at all times
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that applications fulfill the business requirements
  • Take part in planning meetings
  • Organize and manage their own time appropriately to meet deadlines
  • Write and update test scripts and test cases in a clear and concise manner
  • Perform functional, application, and performance tests
  • Liaison with product developers and technical support specialists regarding product issues
  • Associates or Bachelor Degree or still enrolled is ok (minimum 2 years completion required)
  • 2+ years’ work experience working in technical support or technical project coordinator capacity
  • Club industry experience is an asset
  • Solid written and verbal communication and collaboration skills required
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities with deadlines
  • Solid Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
