From Graduate to Head of Business Development for Darrell Boxall’s M&A portfolio - Sam embodies the entire Jonas journey. Starting his career in London & Zurich, pre-acquisition, whilst studying a Business Entrepreneurship BA Honours degree, Sam was recognised for his consultancy dissertation around how L&Z could maximise their sales efficiency that then led him to being recruited into the Sales Department at L&Z, shortly after, L&Z was acquired by Jonas. He was appointed the role of Sales Development Manager and lead a team and his business to victory; winning the Most Improved Sales Department Award in 2017, Best Business Quality Ratio Award (2 years running) and going on to win the Jonas Top 10 Sales Professional World Wide Award.
 
Sam became a vital asset to L&Z and was then promoted to the Senior Management Team (SMT). Sam’s insight and analytical approach to business strategy, his leadership skills and thirst for business development positioned him perfectly to bridge the gap between the Managing Director and the SMT. Sam takes advantage of many of the training courses that Jonas has to offer, helping him develop further, and most recently he transitioned into Jonas Corporate working in Business Development for Mergers and Acquisitions, where he has become an invaluable member of the team.
