Jonas Software is pleased to announce the acquisition of Innovative Computer Solutions, Inc. (“ICS”), a leading provider of retail point of sale (“POS”) and inventory systems to beer, liquor, and wine stores in the United States.
With the acquisition of ICS, Jonas Software expands upon its presence in the Retail and POS market, and enters into a sub-vertical focused on beer, liquor and wine retailers.
